This service includes a 1 on 1 Counseling Session ( virtual or in Person) to assess where you are in your health journey. The goal is for me to help you as the client understand where you are, and then develop a plan for you to develop healthier eating habits.

This includes a step-by-step guide to track your day to day eating habits, evaluate where you are, and then give you the choice to follow through to the next step of putting what you have discovered into action.
